Florence AZ to Sell Out Anthem, Get on Board

Planned Anthem development already spur interest , from the Arizona Republic, reports that months before homes in Florence's anticipated Anthem development even go up for sale, 5,000 people from across the nation have expressed interest in the new community that will rise from the desert west of Florence. The Merrill Ranch Anthem will have two components; Sun City Anthem for residents 55 years old and older, and Anthem Parkside, which is for all ages. Nine Sun City Anthem model homes and 21 Anthem Parkside model homes are already under construction, and sales are expected to begin this spring. The two communities combined will have about 9,000 homes and 25,000 residents. Those on the interested list will be invited to attend informational seminars scheduled to start the week of January 12th. After the seminars, people will be instructed how to get on a priority list for the communities' first phase.
